Blanch House's fantastic restaurant is set in a beautifully designed minimalistic room inside the Grade–II boutique hotel. You'll find a seriously chic and properly good dining experience which has to be one of Brighton's best–kept secrets. You get the choice of two menus which change constantly and are different for both lunch and dinner –what you get though is a two course meal for £27.50 – £15 at lunch – or three for £35 – £20 at lunch –. Tell only your best friends, though –you don't want this place over–run with Harvester types now do you.

Wow.. this place is a serious foodie lovers heaven. I recently took the opportunity to sample the 5 course tasting menu (available Thursday eve throughout Sept) and I was not dissapointed. Beautiful food, beautiful staff and beautiful surroundings - all this for only Â30 - bargain!!! I will definately be back.. well done Blanch house.
