The third Bagelman site, the new Hove diner will serve only kosher–style food, meaning instead of shellfish, bacon or ham, customers will be able to enjoy famous traditional delicacies such as hot salt beef, classic chicken soup – 'Jewish penicillin' –, fresh pickled cucumbers, potato latkes, felafel in pitta bread, homemade salads, cappuccino, apple strudel, baked cheesecakes and more.
