Sapporo Teppanyaki (closed)

This teppanyaki restaurant is perfect when you're after an intimate vibe, decent food, good portions and some entertainment into the bargain. It's ceiling high flames and flamboyant cooking displays all round. We love this place with its proper Brighton clientele – not just people who've lost their way on the way back to London – and relaxed feel. Sapporo offers a little bit more than expected. Top notch.
