It somehow remains pretty civilised until it comes round to St. Patricks when the customers suddenly decide to pull away clothing, and show you shamrock designs in places you didn't imagine were possible. And you thought that drawing the shamrock design on the head of a pint of Guinness was pretty impressive before.
