Attitude–free and oozing cool. Polar may be sprouting bars quicker than Brighton footy club are leaking goals, but who's complaining when they keep getting it so right? Lit up by some eye–catching paintings and a very shiny silver bar, Polar West draws in the cool crowd who lap up the sleek minimalist design. You can forget about bagging a seat unless you beat the rush as this place is forever busy. If I had that Llewellyn Bowen freak round my gaff I'd tell him to make it look like this.
