Drinks are served in leaky plastic tumblers and service can be hard to come by. It's easy to feel guilty when you're forced to drag a member of staff away from their chatting colleague. Once drinks are ordered you might feel like a child staring longingly into a sweet shop as your beverages rest on their tray waiting for a home. One begins to wonder whether it would be rude/helpful to just serve yourself. Once watered (eventually), the food arrives after a huge wait – baffling for such a quiet afternoon. Europa is not a city-centre venue to get at all excited about.
