Rio Café
In spite of the name, this place is more Richie Cunningham than Simon Le Bon. Perhaps that's a good thing. Hidden away in Partick, The Rio Café is quickly becoming one of the most popular eateries in the West End. The old school diner serves up yummy dishes during the day with a funky 1950s feel then as night falls the café transforms into a hip jazz venue. The kitsch décor and rows of traditional sweetie jars alone are worth a look, in fact it's so good you could just move in. Happy days.
