Over the Road

Quirky and quite nice really. Food that you used to get at your old granny's house on a Saturday night while the A-Team was on (like fish fingers and spaghetti) and a big TV downstairs which is ideal for cheering on your team with a pint when the footie's on. The décor may be a teensy bit dodgy but the music policy is refreshingly simple - basically, anything goes. You're certainly unlikely to see any plastic-posh Corinthian or Tiger Tiger punters hanging round Over The Road, which if we're honest is a bit of a relief. Just very laid-back people doing their laid-back thing. Itchy approves whole-heartedly.
