A decent sized gym, large swimming pool and running track will help you tone up or, if you're anything like Itchy, lose that mince pie tyre and extra two stone of turkey weight. If you're not a fan of gym-bound exercise of the soul-destroying variety, try throwing some shapes in the dance studio for an almost fun work out. Or make like a carefree kiddy and have a splash in the pool; but steer clear of the fast lane – bitchy swimmers will relegate you if you can't keep up.
