Ha! Ha! Bar & Canteen

More of a 'tee hee' than an outright 'ha ha'. Essentially it's a bog standard chain fairly devoid of atmosphere: we're not sure what there is to laugh about exactly. It attracts business people dressed in modest pinstripe suits and drinkers with little imagination, as well as a small number of people who have just popped in to use the bog. On the plus side, the cocktails aren't half bad, the bar staff are easy on the eyes and brighter–than–Daz–white lighting limits any beer goggle tragedies. If you want to give it a try, the decent happy hour should provide for a chortle, if not a big belly laugh.
