Amphora Aromatics

Surrounded by takeaways, charity shops and old-Etonian university students, Amphora Aromatics is a peaceful, sensual shop with lots of pots to stick your finger in and say 'ooh'. It probably supplies Bristol with most of its essential oils, aromatherapy products and posh toiletries. There are lots of nice cards of animals in the window, and a vast array of incense will get you in the mood for – well, whatever you're into. Also, the knowledge of the enlightened folks who work there knows no bounds, so be prepared to be told obscure 'facts' about what that soap your mum likes is doing to her body.
