I don't know what the last person was talking about. I love this shop. I come all the way from London to get all my piercings done here. Sean has to one of the best piercers in Europe right now, and as for Maz (the lovely lady on the desk) she always puts me at my ease. If you want a top quality piercings & tattoos then this is the place to go. The level of hygiene is superb, the level of skill is unparralled. This shop will not let you walk out with a shit piercing/tattoo that does not suit you. I can only suspect that the crap review was posted by someone from a rival shop!
