If you're looking for posh pub food ('it's not just cheese, it's smoked Tuscan Mozarella, laboured over for weeks by smiling, apple–cheeked peasants named Luigi'), somewhere to compare carbon footprint sizes and banter over what's on 'Dave' Cameron's iPod, this is it. It's as quintessentially Clifton as the name suggests, but the cosy and unpretentious décor means that even the grimiest of crack whores could have a good time. Provided their habit was funded by Fairtrade Colombian farmers, of course.
