Pinocchio
There are some that believe Pinocchio's to be the Italian restaurant equivalent of a fast food chain. The disposable menu, low prices and speedy turnover would suggest as much, but there is no way you would find anything nearly as tasty in a bun as the stuff these people will serve up. The location is also handy, slap bang in the middle of theatre land and directly opposite some of Brighton's most popular pubs, so all that beer money you've just saved can be easily spent elsewhere.
