Caprichos
Tucked away in Brighton's eccentric South Lanes, Caprichos is an airy and minimalist space offering a range of traditional Spanish delicacies. From tapas to delicious desserts such as Leche Frito (literally "Fried Milk"), the food is carefully prepared and the portions are generous. Our top pick was the solomillo steak, beautifully butterflied and cooked to fall-apart perfection, served with a subtle blue cheese sauce. Perhaps better suited to a loud birthday party than a quiet meal for two, at least on a week night, Caprichos nonetheless offers excellent service and great food, and is well worth a visit.
