Blanch House's fantastic restaurant is set in a beautifully designed minimalistic room inside the Grade–II boutique hotel. You'll find a seriously chic and properly good dining experience which has to be one of Brighton's best–kept secrets. You get the choice of two menus which change constantly and are different for both lunch and dinner –what you get though is a two course meal for £27.50 – £15 at lunch – or three for £35 – £20 at lunch –.
