This restaurant's been going from strength to strength since it burst on to the Brighton dining scene four years ago with all the excitement of Kylie Minogue's hot panted re–launch. Its popularity is based in its sound English/British cuisine and value for money prices and it's also ambitious, succeeding in being a big league restaurant with real character and flare. The versatile menu means it's just as good for a satisfying lunch as it is for a leisurely dinner.
