Don't let the local chavs bawling obscenities across the road fool you; Locanta is situated in one of Birmingham's classier districts. Just make sure you are not one of those 'I speak with my hands' people because it can prove quite a struggle to keep the flowers, wine and food upright on a table for two that has the surface area of a frozen pea.
