Café Soya II

Sister branch to number one in the Arcadian, the Vietnamese cuisine includes noodles, soups, spice, and soya. You can't really get away from the wonder protein – it's in more or less everything, and you ain't leaving till you've tried it. Though only a small part of the menu is meat–free, their cunning fake chicken can be substituted in all the other meat dishes. This stuff looks just like the real thing and is as tasty as real flesh, but is made from, umm..soya. Big, bright and busy, so they must be doing something right. Soya, perhaps?
