Warwick Castle

Widely regarded as the best maintained castle in the country, if you fancy looking at a proper castle – that isn't just a pile of stones on a grassy mound – then you won't be disappointed with Warwick. There's also a recreated medieval village with the usual gang of wannabe actors dressed in authentic garb. Whilst they'll be no rape and pillaging, you might see the odd sword fight. Also hosts special events throughout the year such as jousting tournaments and evening concerts.
