Scott's Pantry

Subway, schmubway. There seem to be about 20 Subways in Sheffield and they're all within a 50-metre radius of one another. You can't move for meatball marinaras. Places like Scott's Pantry are fighting the battle against such stale super-companies. Scott's is located very close to the University and feeds many hungry students, workmen and the office crowd. They have an excellent selection of filling and freshly made sarnies ranging from the interesting (feta cheese) to the classic (sausage and ketchup). They also sell other snacks and cakes, all at a student-friendly price that would make the Earl of Sandwich proud.
