Sheffield's answer to London's Upper Street, trendy Ecclesall road is packed with bars, pubs, restaurants and cool little shops. After you've bought some beads from Jencels and stocked up on movie posters at Forever Changes, you can have a coffee in Café Rouge or skip round Endcliffe Vale Park for a bit. If you're fuelled on beer like me, grab a seat in the Nursery Tavern and drain your last few pennies on a damn good pint before heading home and parading your new outfits to your housemates.
