We all know that vodka is evil but when you've got a test tube rack full of bizarre flavours at your mercy, you're gonna shove 'em down your neck without consulting your conscience. Much bigger than its Sheffield predecessor, the Revolution Russian chain has an upstairs bar, which is good for escaping impish housemates lurking suspiciously with a chilli vodka. But downstairs is where you're find all the talent. And if you don't you can always console yourself with the thought that beauty is in the eye of the beer–holder. Or vodka in this case.
