Saltwater

Picture the scene: you're slumped under a palm tree, cocktail in hand. The sun is going down. Before you lies a panoramic view of the city as night draws in. Where are you? Err, in Nottingham of course, on the roof of Saltwater. Ok, so there's not the lull of waves lapping on the beach, and you're more likely to hear a police siren than the humming of crickets, but with the gas heaters on full blast, we think this is about as exotic as it's possible to get in this country, short of leaving it. Besides, after several drinks, you won't be able to see further than the next table anyway.
