Lock and Lace Tap House

Situated between the Employment services and the Inland Revenue offices, this place attracts plenty of basta.... I mean civil servants in for a liquid lunch. Generally a little quieter and more relaxed than the bars a few yards down the canal. 'The Lock' has regularly changing drinks promotions enabling you to save a few quid getting tanked up on your way into town.
