The Railway

We're not sure what the secret is, but The Railway strikes an admirable balance between tasteful and traditional. Perhaps that's a question for their impossible Tuesday night quiz. It has a good mix of locals, students and office bods, shows all the big footy matches, and you can't get cheaper beer round here unless you make it yourself. There are plenty of hidey-holes to settle into, as well as floor-to-ceiling windows at the front – perfect for a spot of post-work people-watching.
