A very low-key, up-market New York-style basement club with a helpful name that corresponds exactly to its address. Genius. Thursdays are painfully beautiful and trendy, but the weekend sees a more relaxed and varied clientele, with very loud music covering house and funk with a twist of disco. Dance your socks off around the cast iron pillars or relax in one of the large leather clad booths - just don't expect to be able to hold an intelligible conversation with anyone unless you're proficient in sign language or telepathy. Smile, nod and get yourself another vodka tonic.
