Lotus Bar and Dim Sum

Newbie restaurants usually don't get it right first time. Like Bambi, they take time to get used to their legs and it's a while before they start frolicking around in the woods with the other restaurants. The guys behind Lotus apparently never watched Bambi. A classy establishment with a sophisticated décor, Lotus puts many of Manchester's older Chinese establishments to shame. The food is delicious and the cocktails are an interesting batch. Apparently, Lotus is where East meets West. We'd suggest your hand meets your coat and you get here pronto.
