Yang Sing
It's hard to believe this restaurant is 30 years of age. In restaurant years, you'd expect it to be thinking of retiring and settling down to life as a pensioner. Thankfully though, Yang Sing is far away from its dotage. This Cantonese restaurant is one of Manchester's premium venues for everything dim sum related and keeps itself as fresh as air. A grandiose menu to satisfy even the pickiest terracotta army, Yang Sing has space for 250 hungry punters, so expect it to be lively – a quiet Friday night meal this is not.
