Thirsty Scholar

This pub is just off Oxford Road, in a small side street area that also houses the Salisbury Arms and Sub Club. It is a small pub and can feel a bit dark in the daytime. I'm not sure you'd describe the drinkers here as scholarly, but it's got a good atmosphere and is a good place to have a drink before heading up to The Attic, the very small club above.
