Moon Under Water

The Moon Under Water is of the biggest pubs in Europe and although, as with all Wetherspoon's pubs there's no music or tellies or atmosphere, this is more than made up for by the fact that it's dirty cheap. The place is seriously taken advantage of by those who want to drink copious amounts of alcohol and pay offie prices – like our good selves –. Where else in town can you go with everyone you've ever met and get Grolsch and Hooch for 99p and a pint and a burger for £3.25? Nowhere. And for the sophisticated or Southern amongst you, they do a pretty decent bottle of plonk for a fiver.
