BFI IMAX

Wow, this place is just like Disney Land. By that we don't mean the over-priced popcorn-and-fizzy-pop combo, we mean the ginormous curved screen, so big you feel like you're sitting in it rather than in front of it and, of course, the funky 3D 'headsets'. The BFI IMAX boasts the biggest cinema screen in Britain, so when the blockbusters hit, you know where to head. They even roll out a wee MC to tell you all about the projection and sound systems, which are both extremely impressive... probably more so than the Hollywood tripe you're watching in fact.
