Mid-week, you'll find more virtual people in evidence round this place than real ones. A big projector showing Second Life on one wall lets you watch the mindless gyrations of a bunch of nerds fiddling with their joysticks in unkempt bedrooms around the world. It'll make you feel that bit more smug that you're out, eating fishfinger sandwiches and playing ping-pong in a warehouse-style space that is everything you wish your student union had been. And at weekends, the ping-pong is replaced by a dancefloor.
