Visiting is like gaining insight into the mind of a schizophrenic. Art for sale on the walls says 'modern kitsch', yet the bookshelf and bunches of yellow flowers on the tables say 'homely caff'. The tacky plastic fairy lights, feather boa-covered heart in the window and cheesy tunes are pure trailer trash, but the motto on the plastic menu, 'Think love, feel love, spread love', is the earth-mother of all hippy clichés. Somehow, though, it all adds up to a relaxed, polysexual 'everyone's welcome' vibe.
