The Cuban

That hottie from accounts is going to need something a little classy. A cocktail or two perhaps? Yeah, that'll be just the thing. So we go to our favourite castropub. It's called The Cuban. A mojito or three ought to tip the scales our way for sure. So far so good. There's laughter in all the right places, and we're even getting the odd little coy smile. Could this be the night it finally happens? We order a bite. It takes a while. Then longer. It comes. Cold. The waitress is nowhere to be seen. We leave. In two cabs. Close, but no cigar.
