Hakkasan
Michelin-starred Hakkasan is a fine place for a celebration as long as you mean serious cash-money business - it's as expensive as it is stylish. If dim sum and modern Chinese mains don't take your fancy - or sound like financial suicide -, head for the adjoining bar and mingle your way through the fabulously unusual cocktail menu. It's all a bit J. Lo, so dress to impress and be prepared to spend a small fortune on a round. If you cut corners you just won't feel the vibe - Hakkasan is hedonism to the max. It's less celeb-studded than it used to be but there's still a fair chance of spotting visiting American actresses knocking back mojitos. Booking ahead is advised.
