Bath House, The

Although situated in the dead centre of Mediasville, this plain and simple boozer is the perfect place to avoid all the Quentins and Jocastas who tend to take up residence in most of Soho's bogs for half the night. The glasses of house wine – great selection – are the size of buckets, and the bar staff are so lovely, they'd much rather stop a fight with a hug than their fists. Hard to get a seat after Wednesday night, but there's a fast turnover of punters, so you won't need to wait long.
