No.5 Restaurant

Like many places, No.5 advertises itself by claiming the exclusivity of genuine French cuisine right in the heart of Bath. Despite thinking that we could almost smell pretentiousness wafting from No.5, we were pleasantly surprised that it's surprisingly down to earth. The food is of very high-quality and unlike other places of its kind, it has a fabulous bring your own wine offer on Monday and Tuesday evenings. What's more, there's no corkage charge. It's open seven days a week, and if you feel inclined to go to No.5 seven days a week, then you should be thankful for the frequently changing menu and specials. It's slightly pricey by our standards, but we're fans all the same.
