Holburne Museum of Art

Itchy was particularly drawn towards this museum because of its architecture and incredibly accessible location. As well as having been part of the set for the 2004 film Vanity Fair, the museum houses the 19th century art collection of Sir William Holburne, which includes works by Gaudi, Turner, Gainsborough, Ramsay and Zoffany. One room displays precious things from Holland, Italy, France, Germany, England and China, and the ground floor is used for diverse temporary exhibitions. There's a quaint gift shop and a tea room too.
