The Butter Pat

Itchy stumbled upon The Butter Pat one Saturday when our stomachs were grumbling so loudly, they were threatening to implode. We were particularly impressed by the friendly man behind the counter, who kindly offered to fill any type of bread with any combination of the fillings available. He didn't give us disapproving looks when we asked for a tuna sandwich with mushrooms, bell peppers and capers, and we wondered whether we should have asked for more. The wholesome, fresh concoction which we subsequently tucked into was worth every penny.
