Curry Mahal

We much preferred the old name of this place. There was something infinitely satisfying about going to a restaurant called Curry 2000. Memories of the millennium bug and S Club 7 just flooded back every time you saw the sign. And you could sing an altered version of a Pulp track when you wanted to visit, no matter that it made you sound like a Cock(er). They might have changed their name to something more 'traditional' now, but everything else is the same. Which is a good thing as the food here has always been amazing.
