Ram, The
Wanted: the lost memories from nights spent in The Ram drinking with the very friendly but brutally alcoholic regulars, who like nothing more than taking new faces under their wing and then getting them so drunk that the ten minute walk back into town can take upwards of 2 and a half hours, and when you do finally get home you seem to have acquired a traffic cone and a pensioner called Stanley along the way. A return visit will mean another jug of 'rough' cider and another round of boisterous drinking games whose rules never become clear.

the ram is a great live music sports pub. they open early for different advents and open late. They have a brilliant new land lady thats brought the pub to life! would really reccomend a night or day there! the foods great and the staff make the place warm and inviting!
