Circus Restaurant

What a location. Slap bang between two of Bath's most picture-postcard-famous bits of architecture, The Royal Crescent and The Circus. Its positioning might make you think this is going to be an overpriced tourist trap, full of Japanese sightseers taking pictures of their lunch, but you would be very wrong. This restaurant has a series of excellent set menus which mean you can eat several courses of delectable modern bistro food and still have enough money to get your date a horse-drawn carriage ride back home, or something similarly romantic and mushy. Not peas.
